TELEDIAGNOSIS

Qualified patient care, including the interpretation of diagnostic imaging tests, cannot be interrupted. And here at CETIR, we don’t let anything stop us.

ADVANTAGES OF TELEDIAGNOSIS

COST SAVINGS

Replacing the fixed costs of the availability of the personnel needed to cover peak activity periods, holidays, etc., with the variable cost of being able to pay per study, implies a very important reduction in costs for your company. Forget about contracting additional professionals: with CETIR you will only pay for what you need, and when you need it.

INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY

You will be able to attend to a larger number of patients, offering coverage in any timeframe, without the need for additional personnel.

SHORTENED TIME FOR DELIVERY OF THE REPORTS

One of our standard client service indicators is the time-to-delivery (TD) of a report. The TD starts when we receive the images of a given exploration in our PACS, and ends when the report has been signed by one of our specialists and is delivered to the client. We have a broad range of TDs to suit your needs, from two days for standard services to one hour for emergency services.

INCREASED FLEXIBILITY

Our human resources comprise over 70 highly qualified radiologists and specialists in nuclear medicine, who cover any type of diagnosis 365 days a year; whether at 7 p.m. or at 5 a.m., we offer you the best human and technical service. By contracting CETIR’s telediagnosis service, you will be able to manage your flow of requests better. Our specialists are available day and night, and also on weekends, to establish emergency diagnoses, or to offer support for an increase in production.

INCREASED STUDY QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality patient care is our top priority. Our Quality Assurance Committee is composed entirely of radiologists and specialists in nuclear medicine, who are in charge of supervising the services provided by our professionals. Any discrepancy between a report issued by CETIR and the reading made by the client is immediately directed to the mentioned Committee, which in turn adopts the necessary measures to eliminate or limit incidents in future diagnoses.
